  • Each plan includes a fixed number of credits per month

  • You can submit unlimited requests; requests are handled one at a time

We respond to every request within 24–48 hours.

The actual delivery depends on complexity and the agreed start date — some fixes take only a few hours, while more involved work can span up to a week with milestones outlined in advance.

Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle, and you can use your remaining credits during that period.

Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.

We recommend submitting requests consistently to maximise value.

Submitting a request is simple:

  1. Log in to your Trello board provided right after you subscribe
  2. Submit your request details and any related files
  3. We confirm your request within 24 hours
  4. You can track progress through your Trello board

Yes. We start with a Solution Design session to map the scope, estimate credits, and document milestones.

Once you sign off on that plan, we convert it into a custom plan with an agreed credit allocation so delivery stays predictable.

Monthly subscriptions remain available if you prefer continuous delivery instead of a one-time engagement.
